Our room was in a terrible state upon arrival. The sheets were dirty and had hair and crumbs, which made it impossible to feel comfortable. The noise from other guests was unbearable, and I felt unsafe with people fighting nearby.

Upon arrival, I was hit with a shock, my agreed-upon price nearly doubled without explanation. The King Studio was misleadingly advertised. dirty carpets and questionable cleanliness plagued the stay. Nighttime disturbances only added to the discomfort. The staff was unhelpful, leaving me frustrated with no recourse. Definitely not worth the stay.

Wi-Fi was fast, but the front desk wasn't very helpful when I arrived at night.

The hotel was easy to find and get to through rideshare plus the staff was helpful when we needed a new room key several times. Checking in was a breeze and it was nice having a microwave and fridge in the lobby for those late-night snacks, brought back fond memories of simpler times.

Clean room, strong smell. the room smelled like bleach when I arrived, almost burned my eyes it was so strong, but I appreciated the quick access to a clean shower and the flat-screen TV to unwind after a long day. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station for easy exploration.
